Our team brings together experienced project managers, estimators, office professionals, and field leaders who help keep every project organized from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Each person plays a role in making the process clear, coordinated, and aligned with your goals. With hands-on experience across roofing, siding, decks, and remodeling, TGR General Construction is built to guide homeowners with craftsmanship, communication, and care.
Martin
Production Manager
With over 9 years leading TGR General Construction as Productions Manager, he brings a lifetime of hands-on construction experience to every project. Having learned the trade from his dad at a young age, he built his career from the ground up—starting at Intel before becoming TGR’s very first salesperson and eventually helping grow the company into what it is today.
While carpentry is his specialty, his knowledge spans all aspects of construction. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, golfing, and boating whenever he gets the chance.
Shane
Project Manager
Shane has been working in the construction industry since 2011, starting as a laborer and working his way up to foreman before becoming a Project Manager. Since joining TGR General Construction in 2019, he has specialized in interior projects and siding, bringing years of hands-on experience and leadership to every job.
He is also lead paint certified, helping ensure projects are completed safely and professionally. Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports—especially football—golfing, camping, fishing, BBQing, and coaching his son’s T-ball team.
Dale
Project Manager
Over 27 years of experience in residential and commercial contracting. He takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients and leading teams that consistently deliver reliable, high-level results. Outside of work, Dale is a proud father of four daughters and a grandfather of two granddaughters.
He enjoys spending his time with family, supporting his daughter at soccer games, and getting outdoors through camping and fishing. When time allows, you’ll also find him on the golf course.
Janae
Office Manager
Janae has been in the construction industry for over six years and has served as our Office Manager for the past two years. Originally from Southern California, she relocated to Oregon at the end of 2024 and quickly fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. She enjoys spending time in nature, staying active, and cheering on her favorite team — Go Dodgers! As a new mom as of January 2026, Janae says her greatest joy is being her daughter’s mom.
What she loves most about the construction industry is being part of creating beautiful structures that leave a lasting impact. Janae hopes to be remembered for her empathy, kindness, and for bringing a positive light to everyone she meets.
Annalisa
Project Coordinator
Annalisa serves as our Project Coordinator and brings years of administrative experience to the construction industry. Coming from a family of construction workers, she has always felt connected to the industry and truly enjoys being part of the work that brings projects to life. Her strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and passion for the field make her a valuable part of our team.
Outside of work, Annalisa loves spending quality time with her family and friends and enjoys everything the outdoors has to offer. Whether she’s paddleboarding, hiking, fishing, or camping, she’s happiest when she’s outside enjoying nature.
April
Office Admin & Payroll Specialist
April has been a valued member of our team for the past three years, serving as our Office Administrator and Payroll Specialist. She plays an essential role in keeping daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes, bringing organization, reliability, and dedication to everything she does.
Outside of work, April enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her loved ones. As a proud aunt to two young children, family time is especially important to her—particularly trips to the Oregon coast, where she loves to relax and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.
Brad
Lead
Estimator
Brad brings over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial estimating and has been with TGR for 3 years. Known for his precision, attention to detail, and strong client relationships, he helps ensure projects are accurately scoped and competitively priced from the start. His experience also includes contributing to large-scale manufacturing projects in the Philippines, giving him a broad understanding of construction across diverse environments.
Outside of work, Brad is a proud father of three and a newly minted grandfather, looking forward to all that comes with that new chapter.
Corey
Lead Designer
Corey brings more than 20 years of creative industry experience to TGR as Lead Designer and Estimator. He specializes in helping homeowners turn ideas into functional, realistic projects by balancing design, lifestyle needs, and budget. His ability to bridge communication between clients and the build team helps create finished spaces that are both practical and visually appealing.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons.
Jordan
Estimator
Jordan offers extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects. His seven years in estimating have sharpened his ability to build accurate project scopes and provide clear guidance throughout the planning process.
Outside of work, Jordan is a proud father who enjoys spending time camping and fishing with his son. He’s also a passionate cook and a loyal supporter of the Portland Trail Blazers and Portland Timbers.
Jesus
Quality and
Materials Coordinator
Jesus brings over a decade of hands-on experience to our crew, having worked in the construction industry since 2013. With a strong background specializing in framing and concrete, he knows exactly what it takes to build a solid project from the ground up. Jesus joined our team in 2022 and has been an invaluable asset ever since. When he’s not hard at work, you can usually find him exploring the outdoors on a hiking trail or spending quality time with his two kids.
