5) Payments
TGR does not accept online payments or deposits through the Site. Payments, deposits, and billing arrangements (if any) are handled offline and are governed by the applicable written project agreement.
6) Communications and Consent
When you submit a request through the Site or contact us, you agree that we may communicate with you by phone, email, or text message using the contact information you provide for purposes related to your inquiry, estimate, scheduling, and customer service.
Newsletter and marketing messages
If you opt in to receive newsletters, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in the message (when available) or by contacting us at office@tgrgeneralconstruction.com.
Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you about estimated requests, appointments, and project-related communications.
